“新文科”背景下我国高校国际体育组织人才培养路径研究

Research on the Talent Training Path of International Sports Organizations in Chinese Universities Under the Background of"New Liberal Arts"

采用文献资料法、数理统计法及逻辑推理法等对我国高校国际体育组织人才培养面临的困境进行分析。提出在人才培育过程中应重视资源与力量的共享、协调;学科与专业之间交叉融合与“新文科”建设要义相契合;建立多元化培养新模式;输送满足多样化的新需求;实践服务传播中国声音的新国情。

Using the literature method,mathematical statistics method and logical reasoning method to analyze the dilemma faced by the personnel training of international sports organizations in colleges and universities in my country.It is proposed that the sharing and coordination of resources and strength should be emphasized in the process of talent cultivation;the cross-integration between disciplines and majors is in line with the essence of the construction of"new liberal arts";a new model of diversified training should be established;Spread the new national conditions of China's voice.
