摘要 提升机作为煤矿中重要的辅助运输装置,其运行稳定性会直接影响煤矿生产效率及安全。以JKMD-5×4(Ⅲ)E型提升机为研究对象,在分析设备主要结构及主要技术参数的基础上,基于S7-300型PLC控制器及变频器设计了提升机的变频调速系统,PLC控制器采用冗余设计,以保障系统的运行可靠性。系统主要利用各类传感器对提升机的运行状态进行监测,根据监测结果判断设备的运行状态,并对其运行速度进行变频调节,使之更符合实际情况,以保障提升机的运行稳定性与节能性。将设计的变频调速系统部署到提升机工程实践中,经现场应用发现达到了预期效果,设备故障率及能源消耗显著降低。 As an important auxiliary transportation device in coal mines,the operation stability of hoists will directly affect the production efficiency and safety of coal mines.Taking the JKMD-5×4(Ⅲ)E type hoist as the object to study,on the basis of analyzing the main structure and main technical parameters of the equipment,the frequency conversion speed regulation of the hoists was designed based on the S7-300 PLC controller and frequency converter system.The PLC controller adopts redundant design to ensure the reliability of system operation.The system mainly uses various sensors to detect the running state of the hoists,judges the running state of the equipment according to the detection results,and adjusts its running speed by frequency conversion to make it more in line with the actual situation,so as to ensure the running stability and energy-saving of the hoist.The designed frequency conversion speed regulation system was deployed in the hoist engineering practice,and it was found through field application that the expected effect was achieved,and the equipment failure rate and energy consumption were significantly reduced.
