摘要
刮板输送机是煤矿生产中重要的机械设备,其运行性能直接影响煤矿安全和生产效率。以SGZ1250-2400型刮板输送机为研究对象,对刮板链张力监测系统的整体方案进行了设计。系统由四大模块构成,即数据采集模块、单片机模块、自供电装置以及无线数据发送模块。利用自供电装置可以通过刮板输送机的运动发电,供张力监测系统运行,显著提升了系统运行的可靠性。单片机和无线发送模块中使用的芯片型号分别为STM32和CC1101,均具有良好的性能,可满足实际使用要求。将刮板链张力监测系统部署到煤矿工程实践中,经现场调试和应用发现效果良好,可以对刮板链的张力进行准确监测,显著提升了刮板输送机的运行安全性和可靠性。
Scraper conveyor is an important mechanical equipment in coal mine production,and its operation performance directly affects coal mine safety and production efficiency.Taking the SGZ1250-2400 scraper conveyor as the research object,the overall scheme of the scraper chain tension monitoring system was designed.The system consists of four modules,namely data acquisition module,single chip module,self-powered device and wireless data transmission module.The self-powered supply device can generate electricity through the movement of the scraper conveyor for the operation of the tension monitoring system,which significantly improves the reliability of the system operation.The chip models used in the single-chip microcomputer and the wireless transmission module are STM32 and CC1101 respectively,which have good performance and can meet the actual use requirements.The scraper chain tension monitoring system is deployed in the coal mine engineering practice,and it is found that the effect is good after on-site debugging and application,and the tension of the scraper chain can be accurately detected,which significantly improves the operation safety and reliability of the scraper conveyor.
