摘要
为避免煤矿输煤设备发生故障带来经济损失和人身威胁,研究了大数据在煤矿输煤设备故障预警系统的应用。硬件方面设计故障预警和智能视频监控模块;软件方面采集煤矿输煤设备各类大数据,使用ZigBee无线网络传输数据,采用VMD-PE方法完成煤矿输煤设备远程实时监控和故障诊断,实现煤矿输煤设备故障预警。实验结果表明:该系统的ZigBee无线网络通信性能较优异,满足预警实时性要求;不同煤矿输煤设备故障诊断结果与实际结果基本一致,且预警用时较少;该系统具有优良的早期预警能力和抗干扰能力。
In order to avoid the economic losses and personal threats caused by the failure of coal handling equipment in coal mine,the application of big data in coal handling equipment failure early warning system is studied.In terms of hardware,fault warning and intelligent video monitoring modules are designed.In terms of software,it collects all kinds of big data of coal handling equipment in coal mines,uses ZigBee wireless network to transmit data,uses VMD-PE method to complete remote real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis of coal handling equipment in coal mines,and realizes fault early warning of coal handling equipment in coal mines.The experimental results show that the ZigBee wireless network communication performance of the system is excellent and meets the real-time requirements of early warning.The fault diagnosis results of coal handling equipment in different coal mines are completely consistent with the actual results,and the early warning time is less.The system has excellent early warning ability and anti-interference ability.
