矿用带式输送机主动纠偏控制系统研究 被引量:1

摘要 胶带跑偏是带式输送机运行时常见的缺陷问题,严重制约设备运行可靠性。对煤矿中使用的带式输送机设计了主动纠偏控制系统,由综合监控系统和多个分站构成,每个分站又包含有跑偏检测装置、纠偏执行机构和安全保护装置。系统运行时,通过检测机构检测胶带跑偏问题,控制系统在分析数据的基础上,确定胶带跑偏位置并下达指令,通过旋转纠偏执行机构将胶带纠正到正确位置。对系统的软件部分和硬件部分进行了详细的介绍与设计。根据设计方案,将控制系统部署的工程实践中,经调试发现具有良好的纠偏性能,使得设备的开机时间提升了15%以上,创造了良好的经济效益。 Belt deviation is a common defect in the operation of belt conveyors,which seriously restricts the reliability of equipment operation.An active deviation correction control system is designed for the belt conveyor used in the coal mine,which is composed of a comprehensive monitoring system and multiple substations,each substation also includes a deviation detection device,a deviation correction actuator and a safety protection device.When the system is running,the detection mechanism detects the belt deviation problem,and the control system determines the belt deviation position and issues an instruction based on the analysis data,and corrects the belt to the correct position by rotating the deviation correction actuator.The software part and hardware part of the system are introduced and designed in detail.According to the design plan,in the engineering practice of deploying the control system,it was found that it had good deviation correction performance after debugging,which increased the start-up time of the equipment by more than 15%and created good economic benefits.
