石壕煤矿矿山开采对生态环境的影响评估

摘要 为了做好石壕煤矿矿山地质环境恢复治理与土地复垦管理,为监督检查提供依据,研究了矿山开采对生态环境的影响,矿山地质环境条件复杂,矿山生产建设规模为大型,矿山地质环境影响评估级别为一级。对矿山地质环境影响程度现状分区,现状评估认为已塌陷区为严重区,工业场地、矸石场地为较严重区,其他区域为较轻区。并对矿山地质环境影响程度预测分区,评估区内的塌陷区为矿山地质环境影响严重区,工业场地、矸石场地为较严重区,其他区域为矿山地质环境影响较轻区。矿山生产建设活动对土地造成不同程度的压占和塌陷损毁,矿山按开采按时序已损毁土地面积278.88 hm~2,拟损毁土地面积201.7 hm~2,重复损毁土地面积8.55 hm~2,实际损毁面积472.03 hm~2。研究为矿山企业履行地质环境恢复治理和土地复垦义务提供技术依据。 In order to provide a basis for the restoration and control of the geological environment of Shihao Coal Mine and the management,supervision and inspection of land reclamation,this paper studies the impact of mining on the ecological environment.The geological environmental conditions of the mine are complex,the scale of mine production and construction is large,and the assessment level of the geological environmental impact of the mine is Grade I.As for the current zoning of the mine geological environment impact,the current assessment shows that the collapsed area is a serious area,the industrial site and gangue site are relatively serious areas,and other areas are relatively light areas.The impact degree of the mine geological environment is predicted and divided into zones.The subsidence area in the assessment area is the area with serious impact on the mine geological environment,the industrial site and gangue site are the more serious areas,and other areas are the areas with less impact on the mine geological environment.The mine production and construction activities have caused land occupation and collapse damage to varying degrees.The mine has damaged 278.88 hm 2 of land according to the mining sequence.The planned area of damaged land is 201.7 hm 2,the area of repeatedly damaged land is 8.55 hm 2,and the actual area of damaged land is 472.03 hm 2.The study provides technical basis for mining enterprises to fulfill their obligations of geological environment restoration and land reclamation.
