Community resilience is an expansion and extension of the concept of individual resilience and a theoretical foundation and practical framework for urban communities in risk governance.The resilience of urban communities should be enhanced by giving full play to the resilience of community governance,optimizing the relations of community governance,revitalizing the resources of community governance,increasing the integration of community governance,enhancing the action power of community governance,and promoting the empowerment of community governance,so as to meet the multiple risk challenges of urban community governance.The construction of community resilience helps urban communities to develop a more positive risk governance and integrate into the Chinese modernization process with a better grassroots social governance system.
