摘要
为降低公路隧道机电系统设计、建设及运维阶段的时间和经济成本,从根本上保障机电系统的高质量、高标准运行,提出了基于可重构数字孪生体的公路隧道运行管控仿真方案:1)制定数字孪生体重构策略;2)构建数字孪生体与虚拟可编程逻辑控制器之间的I/O接口;3)在数字孪生体中对可编程逻辑控制器进行硬件在环仿真。仿真结果表明:该方案提供了更易于访问和高保真度的测试方法和场景,利用数字孪生体代替物理实体测试不同的设计和实现策略,能尽早发现并整合问题,制定更理想的解决方案。
In order to reduce the time and economic costs of the design,construction,and operation and maintenance stages of the highway tunnel electromechanical system,and fundamentally ensure the highquality and high standard operation of the electromechanical system,a highway tunnel operation and control simulation scheme based on reconfigurable digital twins is proposed:1)A digital twin reconstruction strategy is developed;2)Build I/O interfaces between digital twins and virtual programmable logic controllers are built;3)Hardware in the loop simulation of programmable logic controllers in digital twins is performed.The simulation results show that this scheme provides a more accessible and high fidelity test method and scenario.Using digital twins to test different design and implementation strategies instead of physical entity can find and integrate problems as early as possible and develop a more ideal solution.
