自分泌运动因子及其受体在踝关节运动损伤中的作用机制

摘要 文章主要阐述自分泌运动因子(autocrine motility factor,AMF)及其受体(autocrine motility factor receptor,AMFR)在踝关节的运动损伤中的作用机制。为了系统了解自分泌运动因子及其受体在踝关节运动损伤中的作用机制,通过文献资料法,应用计算机检索CNKI、Pub-Med、Web of Science等数据库中关于自分泌因子及其受体的研究结果与研究现状。根据踝关节的易损伤机制,研究自分泌运动因子及其受体在踝关节运动损伤中的踝关节扭伤、踝关节韧带损伤以及足踝关节的骨性损伤这几方面的治疗及康复过程中的作用及应用。自分泌运动因子及其受体在踝关节运动损伤中具有加速恢复的作用,为踝关节的运动损伤及预防提供新思路,为运动损伤的相关研究提供参考。 This paper mainly discribes the mechanism of autocrine motility factor(AMF)and its receptor(AMFR)in sports injury of ankle joint.Through the literature method,the research results and research status of autocrine motor factors and their receptors in CNKI,Pub-Med,Web of Science and other databases were searched by computer,so as to systematically understand the mechanism of action of autocrine motor factors and their receptors in ankle joint sports injury.According to the mechanism of ankle joint injury,the role and application of the secretory motor factor and its receptors in the treatment and rehabilitation of ankle sprain,ankle ligament injury and ankle joint bone injury in ankle joint sports injury were studied.Autocrine motor factor and its receptor can accelerate the recovery of ankle sports injury,providing a new idea for ankle sports injury and prevention,and providing reference for related research of sports injury.
