党的二十大报告指出,深入实施区域协调发展战略、区域重大战略、主体功能区战略、新型城镇化战略,优化重大生产力布局,构建优势互补、高质量发展的区域经济布局和国土空间体系。2022年12月25日,“中国区域经济50人论坛”第23次专题研讨会以“学习贯彻党的二十大精神促进区域经济高质量发展”为主题进行了线上研讨,与会专家结合我国区域协调发展与高质量发展的成就,畅谈了学习党的二十大报告的体会,提出了对区域发展战略的认识和理解。过去20多年来,区域战略和区域政策的制定与实施对推动区域经济发展成效明显,但促进区域高质量发展任务依然艰巨,尤其是区域协调发展作为我国现代化建设的重大战略,具有现实性和长期性。与会专家从优化区域政策体系、加强市场设计、提升区域创新能力、构建人与自然和谐共生等方面提出了政策建议,对我国区域协调与高质量发展具有重要的决策参考价值。

Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China states that we will thoroughly implement the coordinated regional development strategy,major regional strategies,the functional zoning strategy,and the new urbanization strategy.We will improve the distribution of the major productive forces and develop a regional economic layout and a territorial space system that complement each other's strengths and promote high-quality development.On December 25,2022,the 23rd Symposium of the China Regional Economic Forum of 50 People held an online discussion on the theme of“Study and Implement Spirit of 20th CPC National Congress and Promote High-quality Development of Regional Economy”.The experts present at the meeting summarized the achievements of China's regional coordinated and high-quality development,communicated their own understanding of Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and put forward their own understanding of the regional policy and strategy.Over the past two decades,the formulation and implementation of regional strategies and policies have made remarkable achievements in promoting the regional economy,but the task of promoting coordinated regional development is still arduous.Especially,coordinated regional development is one of the important strategies of China's modernization construction,which is bound to be reality and a long-term policy concern.The experts present at the meeting issued profound policy recommendations on optimizing the regional policy system,strengthening market design,improving regional innovation capacity,and building a harmonious coexistence between humans and nature,which provides important policy reference value for the China's regional coordinated and high-quality development.
