复合材料回收与降解的研究进展

摘要 热固性树脂基复合材料废弃物回收困难,已引起广泛关注并成为亟待解决的问题。解决复合材料回收困难的问题,一方面可开展热固性树脂基复合材料回收方法的研究;另一方面可开发可降解热固性树脂,实现纤维的回收再利用。按照上述两方面内容,综述了热固性树脂基复合材料的回收利用情况和可降解树脂的开发情况。复合材料回收包括能量回收、物理回收和化学回收三种主要方式,介绍了三种方式的特点和适用范围以及国内外在复合材料回收方面的研究进展。可降解树脂包括热降解型、水解型和光降解型等,介绍了各种可降解树脂的降解反应原理和研究进展。 The difficulty of recycling thermosetting resin-based composites has attracted widespread attention and has become an urgent problem to be solved.Solution of the problem is divided in two parts by carried out research on recycling methods of thermosetting resin-based composites and developing the degradable thermosetting resin to recycle fiber.In accordance with the above two aspects,the recycling of thermosetting resin-based composites and the development of biodegradable resins are reviewed.The recycling of composites includes three main methods:energy recovery,physical recycling and chemical recycling.The three characteristics and application scope are introduced,as well as the progress of domestic and international research in the recycling of composites.Degradable resins include thermal,hydrolytic and photodegradable types,etc.The principles of degradation reactions and research progress of various degradable resins are introduced.
