一种无线温湿度多点采集系统设计与仿真

摘要 针对智能实验室管理系统中对实验室多点温、湿度数据采集和管理的需求,设计和仿真一种无线温、湿度多点采集系统,其采用温、湿度一体传感器DHT11进行多点温、湿度感知与采集,并利用单片机(STC12C5A16S2)完成对温度、湿度数据分析和处理,各节点通过NRF24L01模块实现数据无线传输到终端,终端完成所有节点数据的处理汇总,并通过RS-232串口发送至上位机进行监测显示。此外,设计仿真时还预留了升温、降温、去湿和加湿接口,温、湿度报警参数可手动设置并通过AT24C02掉电保存。经仿真测试,该系统可对4点温、湿度进行及时有效的监测,具有体积小、布线简单、性价比高、可多点采集和集中显示等特点,具有一定的应用价值。 For the needs of multi-point temperature and humidity data collection and management in the intelligent laboratory management system,a wireless temperature and humidity multi-point acquisition system is designed and simulated,which takes advantage of the sensor DHT11 for multi-point temperature and humidity data collection,and uses the STC12C5A16S2 microcontroller to complete the processing of temperature and humidity data.In addition,each node realizes wireless data transmission to the terminal through the NRF24L01,and the terminal completes the processing and summary of all node data and sends it to the host computer through the RS-232 serial port for monitoring and display.At the same time,the heating,cooling,dehumidification and humidification interfaces are reserved in the design and simulation.The temperature and humidity alarm parameters can be manually set and saved through AT24C02 when power off.The simulation test shows that the system can timely and effectively monitor the temperature and humidity of 4 points.It has the characteristics of small size,simple wiring,high cost performance,multi-point acquisition and centralized display,etc.,and has certain application value.
