万寿宫养生文化发展研究

Research on the Development of the Longevity Palace Health Culture

万寿宫养生文化历史悠久,起源于魏晋南北朝时期对许逊的信仰,融合了江南巫医的符咒表文科仪、中医导引术和内炼丹法,是中国养生文化早期的发源地之一,在江西民间具有广泛的影响力。但在传承过程中杂糅断续,缺乏高素质的专业人才,文献挖掘整理工作存在很大缺陷,养生文化淹没于民间信仰的符箓科仪之中。虽信众广泛,但于养生文化发展并未起到应有的推动作用。万寿宫道教净明派自许真君起即与养生文化联系紧密,以万寿宫为基础,利用道教净明派广泛的影响力,推进万寿宫养生文化现代化,对提升民众康养事业具有重大意义,也是扩大中华优秀传统文化影响的有效途径之一。

The Longevity Palace,located in Nanchang,Jiangxi,has a long history of health culture,which originated from the belief in Xu Xun in the Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern dynasties.It combines the charm and ritual operations of the Southern Witch Doctor,the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine,and the internal alchemy.It is one of the cradles of the early Chinese health culture,and has an extensive influence among the people in Jiangxi.However,in the process of inheritance,it has encountered a lot of difficulties---intermingled contents,lacking high-quality professionals,and great defects in the work of literature excavation and sorting.The health preservation culture was submerged in the folk belief of the runes.Although it has a wide range of believers,it has not played its due role in promoting the development of health culture.In the Longevity Palace,Taoism Jingming School has been closely connected with health preservation culture since Xu Xun,a great master.It will be of great significance to promote the modernization of the health culture of the Longevity Palace,and to promote the cause of people's health care as well by taking the Longevity Palace as the foundation,and utilizing the extensive influence of Taoism Jingming School.Meanwhile,it is also one of the effective ways to expand the influence of Chinese excellent traditional culture.
