摘要
利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、N_(2)吸附-脱附(BET)及接触角测试等手段对工业源SiO_(2)粉尘进行了表征,研究了其对生物气中六甲基二硅氧烷(L2)杂质气体的吸附净化功能.结果表明:该SiO_(2)粉尘主要由200~500 nm的异形珊瑚状粗糙颗粒构成,外观呈气凝胶状,表面疏水,比表面积(SBET)为68.88 m^(2)/g,平均孔径(Daver)为9.12 nm,总孔容(Vtot)为0.32 cm^(3)/g;SiO_(2)粉尘对L2的穿透吸附曲线呈“S”型,符合Yoon-Nelson模型方程,穿透时间(tB)、穿透吸附量(QB)和饱和吸附量(Qm)分别为2.03 min,7.05 mg/g和10.12 mg/g,表现出良好的吸附性能,且具有较好的循环稳定性,经5次连续吸附-解吸循环后仍具有良好的吸附性能.
The industrial source SiO_(2)dust was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),N_2 adsorption-desorption(BET)and contact angle measurement.And its adsorption and purification for hexamethyldisiloxane(L2)impurities in biogas were investigated.The results showed that the SiO_(2)dust is mainly composed of 200~500 nm irregular coral-like rough particles.With the aerogel-like appearance and hydrophobic surface,it also has the specific surface area(S_(BET))of 68.88 m^(2)/g,average pore diameter(D_(aver))of 9.12 nm,and total pore volume(V_(tot))of 0.32 cm^(3)/g.The breakthrough adsorption of SiO_(2)dust for L2 showed a S-shaped curve,which is conformed to the Yoon-Nelson model equation.The breakthrough time(t_(B)),breakthrough adsorption capacity(Q_(B))and adsorption capacity at saturation(Q_m)of SiO_(2)dust were 2.03 min,7.05 mg/g and 10.12 mg/g,respectively,indicating that the SiO_(2)dust owns a good adsorption capacity.SiO_(2)dust had good cycle stability,it still had good adsorption performance after five consecutive adsorption-desorption cycles.
