泉州市电商企业创新能力及其影响因素分析

Analysis of Innovation Capacity and Influencing Factors of E-commerce Enterprises in Quanzhou City

电商企业已经成为推动国民经济发展的重要砥柱之一,而创新是电商企业发展中不可或缺的动力.以福建省泉州市为研究对象展开问卷调查,通过构建创新能力评价体系综合评估电商企业创新能力,并用主成分分析法探究其影响因素.结果表明,泉州市电商企业的创新能力总体来看还较为不足,电商企业的规模与其创新能力的程度成正比.通过实证分析显示,2018—2020年,影响泉州市电商企业创新的因素可以归纳为创新投入、创新管理、行业前瞻性及创新意识4个方面.创新能力不足限制了泉州市电商企业的后续发展动力,如何抓住机遇实现自主创新是泉州市电商企业值得思考的问题.

E-commerce enterprises have become one of the important pillars to promote the development of national economy,and innovation is indispensable driving force in the development of e-commerce enterprises.This study conducts a questionnaire survey in Quanzhou city,Fujian province.Innovation capacity evaluation index system is built to measure the innovation situation of e-commerce enterprises,and principal component analysis is used to explore influencing factors.The results show that the innovation capacity of e-commerce enterprises in Quanzhou city is still relatively insufficient on the whole,and the scale of e-commerce enterprises in Quanzhou city is directly proportional to the degree of their innovation ability.Through empirical analysis,in the period of 2018-2020,the factors influencing the innovation of e-commerce enterprises in Quanzhou city can be summarized into four aspects:innovation input,innovation management,industry foresight and innovation awareness.Insufficient innovation capacity limits the follow-up development momentum of e-commerce enterprises in Quanzhou city,and how to seize the opportunity to achieve independent innovation is still a worth-thinking problem.
