抛物线轮廓馕坑结构的参数优化

摘要 针对抛物线馕坑结构不同参数引起的温度场变化问题,对馕坑结构进行了热学分析和参数优化。首先利用Solidworks建立了参数化几何通用模型,研究了抛物线馕坑的设计方法;其次利用ANSYS对馕坑结构进行热学分析,得到了温度场分布云图,验证了有限元模型的准确性;最后对过渡圆弧和加热源的设计参数进行优化,得到了优化后的温度分布情况。结果表明,抛物线馕坑具有较好的恒温特性,增加加热源的高度能够有效改善馕坑的温度场,为馕坑的节能环保研究提供了分析依据。 Aiming at the change of temperature field caused by parabolic nang-pit structure parameters,thermal analysis and parameter optimization of nang-pit structure were carried out.Firstly,a parametric geometric general model was established by Solidworks,and the design method of the parabolic nang-pit was studied.Secondly,the thermal analysis of the nang-pit structure was carried out using ANSYS,and the cloud map of the temperature field distribution was obtained,which verified the accuracy of the finite element model.Finally,the design parameters of the transition arc and the heating source were optimized,and the optimized temperature distribution was obtained.The results show that the parabolic nang-pit has better constant temperature characteristics,and increasing the height of the heating source can effectively improve the temperature field of the nang-pit,which provides an analytical basis for the research on energy conservation and environmental protection of the nang-pit.
