环保投入及政府补助对绿色技术创新的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Environmental Protection Investment and Government Subsidies on Green Technology Innovation

绿色技术创新推动着整个社会的发展,为促进绿色技术创新发展,政府颁布了严格的环境监管政策并对环保压力较大的企业给予补助。兼具严格与宽容性质的政策对企业绿色技术创新产生影响,本文以2009—2020年沪深A股上市公司为样本,通过系统GMM检验上市企业环保投入及政府补助对其绿色技术创新的影响。分析发现,工业企业环保投入促进绿色技术创新发展,但当政府补助同时作用于该正向关系上时,政府补助反而抑制着环保投入对绿色技术创新的促进作用。

Green technology innovation is driving the development of the entire society.In order to promote the development of green technology innovation,the government not only issues strict environmental regulatory policies,but also provides subsidies to enterprises under high environmental pressure.Policies that are both strict and tolerant have an impact on green technology innovation in enterprises.Taking A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2009 to 2020 as samples,the impact of environmental protection investment and government subsidies on green technology innovation in listed companies is tested through systematic GMM.Analysis shows that environmental investment in industrial enterprises promotes the development of green technology innovation,but when government subsidies simultaneously act on this positive relationship at the same time,government subsidies actually suppress and inhibit the promoting effect of environmental investment on green technology innovation.
