甘肃省生物样本库的建设与应用现状及存在的问题

Current Situation and Problems of Construction and Application of Biological Sample Libraries in Gansu Province

随着精准医学的不断发展,生物样本库已从生物样本和信息资源的整合平台,逐步发展为精准医疗研究的支撑服务平台及成果转化的合作平台。本文通过分析我国和甘肃省生物样本库的建设和应用等方面的现状,针对生物样本库发展存在的标准化建设、伦理审查、可持续发展运营及样本利用率低等问题提出相应的解决方法和对策。

With the continuous development of precision medicine,biological sample libraries have gradually evolved from an integrated platform for biological samples and information resources to a supporting service platform for precision medical research and a collaborative platform for achievement transformation.This article analyzes the current situation of the construction and application of biological sample libraries in China and Gansu Province in recent years,and proposes the problems of standardization construction,ethical review,sustainable development operation,and low sample utilization in the development process of biological sample libraries.
