基于混合模型的过程与质量监测方案设计

摘要 为了进一步发挥过程监控系统的作用、提高生产车间的运行安全性,本文提出复杂系统样本数据分析应与过程知识相结合,以建立合适的工业过程监控系统控制程序,完成故障特征参数的精确诊断与调节。分析了6种混合模型结构,并进行了紧密程度比较,综合考虑动态特性、非线性、多模态与质量特征,根据混合建模的方法,设计了一种混合模型监测技术。该技术在采煤机运行监测系统上成功应用,避免的人财的损失。 In order to further leverage the role of process monitoring systems and improve the operational safety of production workshops,this paper proposes that complex system sample data analysis should be combined with process knowledge to establish appropriate industrial process monitoring system control programs and achieve accurate diagnosis and adjustment of fault characteristic parameters.6 hybrid model structures are analyzed and compared in terms of tightness.Taking into account dynamic characteristics,nonlinearity,multimodality,and quality characteristics,a hybrid model monitoring technology is designed based on the hybrid modeling method.This technology has been successfully applied in the coal mining machine operation monitoring system to avoid human and financial losses.
