沥青混凝土公路路面施工技术及应用

摘要 针对施工过程中需要严格控制沥青混凝土路面质量的问题,结合兰州至永靖至临夏高速公路项目,研究了沥青混凝土路面施工技术。经过试验验证可知,碾压次数相同时,随着机械振动轮频率、机械冲击力逐步增大以及碾压速度的逐步减小,压实度逐渐增大。再对工艺参数进行组合优化,在碾压最初阶段,选择较低的机械振动轮频率、较小的碾压速度、较高的碾压冲击力,碾压后期的工艺参数选择与之相反。面层的平整度具有传递性,可适当提高中面层的密实度和平整度来减弱影响。当中面层的密实度高,且平整度良好时,最终成型沥青路面质量最优。 In response to the need to strictly control the quality of asphalt concrete pavement during the construction process,combined with the Lanzhou-Yongjing-Linxia Expressway project,the construction technology of asphalt concrete pavement is studied.According to the test verification,when the rolling times are the same,the compactness increases gradually with the increase of the frequency of the mechanical vibration wheel,the mechanical shock force and the decrease of the rolling speed.Then,combinatorial optimization of process parameters is carried out.In the initial stage of rolling,lower mechanical vibration wheel frequency,lower rolling speed,and higher rolling impact shock force are selected;and in the later stage of rolling,the process parameters are selected in the opposite way.The planeness of the surface bearing layer has transferability,and the density and planeness of the middle surface paving layer can be appropriately increased to reduce the impact.When the density of the middle surface paving layer is high and the planeness is good,the final formed asphalt pavement quality is the best.
