真空热处理设备真空设计要素与真空机组优化匹配应用研究

摘要 针对真空系统这个决定真空热处理设备质量的关键因素,本文通过对真空设备设计要素进行梳理,研究了真空热处理设备在设计之初应注重的要素与真空机组需要实现的自身优化匹配等,为真空机组的选型提供了理论计算依据,并结合实际工程应用对理论计算的可行性进行了佐证,从而制造出性价比高、结构简单、节能高效的真空设备。 In response to the key factor that determines the quality of vacuum heat treatment equipment,the vacuum system,this paper sorts out the design elements of vacuum equipment,studies the elements that should be paid attention to at the beginning of the design of vacuum heat treatment equipment and the self optimization and matching that vacuum units need to achieve,provides a theoretical calculation basis for the selection of vacuum units,and proves the feasibility of theoretical calculation combined with practical engineering applications,thus,vacuum equipment with high cost-effectiveness,simple structure,energy conservation and efficiency can be manufactured.
