环境生态学视角下的教育管理问题探究——以“双减”政策为例

摘要 为论证“双减”政策的必要性和可行性,本文从环境生态学视角出发,从外部环境、内部种群两方面分析我国义务教育生态系统,聚焦生态因子与环境嬗变、种群行动逻辑与演化机制两大主题,分析教育生态系统内的政治经济、社会文化生态因子,发掘种群内资源配置失衡、种群间生态位重叠严重的问题,呼吁教育理性回归。 In order to prove the necessity and feasibility of the“Double Reduction”policy,this paper analyzes China’s compulsory education ecosystem from the perspective of environmental ecology,from the perspective of external environment and internal population,focuses on the two themes of ecological factors and environmental transmutation,population action logic and evolution mechanism,analyzes the political economy,social and cultural ecological factors in the education ecosystem,explore the imbalance of resource allocation within the population and the serious overlap of ecological niches between populations,and call for the return of educational rationality.
