国际关注的突发公共卫生事件背景下法学专业实习的优化策略研究

Research on the Optimization Strategy of Law Practice under the Background of International Public Health Emergencies

法学是一门实践性很强的学科,学校安排在校大学生进行专业实习尤为重要。如果某一突发公共卫生事件由于其传染性被世界卫生组织宣布为“国际关注的突发公共卫生事件”,就会导致各国政府采取严格的管控措施以防止其快速传播。在此背景下,在校学生难以进入法律实务部门进行实习。然而,专业实习是培养法学生不可或缺的环节。本文通过探究国际关注的突发公共卫生事件背景下法学专业实习的路径,提出相关优化策略,为特殊情况下在校法学生的专业实习出谋划策。

Law as a practical subject,it is particularly important for college students to practice professionally.If a public health emergency is declared an"international public health emergency"by the World Health Organization due to its contagiousness,it will lead to strict control measures taken by governments around the world to prevent its rapid spread.In this context,it will make it difficult for students in school to enter legal practice departments for internships.However,professional practice is an indispensable part of training law students.In this paper,the path of law professional practice under the International Public Health Emergencies was explored,and relevant optimization strategies were put forward to provide advice for the professional practice of school law students under the special situation.
