高校提高多学科协同育人积极性的路径探究

摘要 高校通过实施多学科协同育人教学模式,促使学科教育与专业教育有机融合,进而使育人内涵和外延拓展并重,实现为国家发展和社会进步培养拥有创新精神、勇于投身实践活动的引领型、创新型创业人才的目标。高校提高多学科协同育人积极性的实践路径有:明确教育理念及目标定位;建立专业化、多元化的师资队伍;构建协同育人课程体系,打造育人平台。 By implementing a multi disciplinary collaborative education model,universities promote the organic integration of subject education and professional education,thereby expanding the connotation and extension of education equally,and achieving the goal of cultivating leading and innovative entrepreneurial talents with innovative spirit and the courage to engage in practical activities for national development and social progress.The practical paths for universities to enhance the enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaborative education include:clarifying educational concepts and target positioning;establishing a professional and diversified teaching staff;building a collaborative education curriculum system and creating an education platform.
