创业教育、领先用户创业能力与创业模式的关系研究

On the Relationship Between Entrepreneurship Education,Lead-user Entrepreneurship Ability and Entrepreneurship Mode

“大众创业、万众创新”口号的提出使全国掀起了一股创业的热潮,创业不仅是实现个人价值的重要手段,同时也是推动社会经济发展的重要引擎。文章以某本科院校为研究对象,以计划行为理论为基础构建了理论模型,分析了创业教育、领先用户创业能力与创业模式之间的关系,得到结论:创业教育对创业模式有显著的正向影响;创业教育对领先用户创业能力有显著的正向影响;领先用户创业能力对创业模式有显著的正向影响;领先用户创业能力在创业教育和创业模式中发挥着中介作用;创业意愿在创业教育和领先用户创业能力中发挥着调节作用。

The proposal of the slogan“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”has sparked a wave of entrepreneurship nationwide.Entrepreneurship is not only an important means to achieve personal value,but also an important engine to promote social and economic development.Taking A Certain University as the research object,this paper constructs a theoretical model based on the theory of planned behavior,analyzes the relationship between entrepreneurship education,lead-user entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurship model.It is concluded that entrepreneurship education has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurship model;entrepreneurship education has a significant positive impact on the entrepreneurial ability of lead-user;the entrepreneurial ability of lead-user has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial model.The entrepreneurial ability of lead-user plays an intermediary role in entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship model.Entrepreneurial willingness plays a moderating role in entrepreneurship education and the entrepreneurial ability of lead-user.
