摘要
该文通过界定毕业生就业能力,分析闽江师范高等专科学校数字信息工程学院2022届毕业生就业数据,以辅导员视角,从专业知识不够扎实、职业身份转变缓慢、家庭经济受限、职业规划不清晰等方面剖析了影响毕业生就业质量的因素,最后从辅导员角度,从提高学生价值自由意识水平、提高学生缄默知识学习能力、提升学生职业规划能力、夯实辅导员就业相关知识、发挥好辅导员的联络员功能等五个方面,提出提升高职院校学生就业质量的策略。
By defining the employability of graduates,this paper analyzes the employment data of the 2022 graduates of the School of Digital Information Engineering,Minjiang Teachers College,and from the perspective of counselors,it analyzes the factors influencing the employment quality of graduates from the aspects of insufficient professional knowledge,slow change of occupational identity,limited family economy,and unclear career planning.Finally,from the perspective of counselors,strategies are proposed from five aspects to improve the employment quality of students in higher vocational colleges:improving the level of students’awareness of value freedom,improving students’ability to learn tacit knowledge,improving students’ability of career planning,consolidating counselors’employment-related knowledge,and giving full play to the role of counselors as the intermediary.
