A Preliminary Study on the Reform of Nursing(Elderly Direction)Curriculum System under the Model of“Combination of Medical Care and Nursing”

“医养结合”智慧养老模式是缓解我国严峻的养老压力,实现老有所养、病有所医的新型养老模式。在该模式下的老年护理人才培养成为当前研究的热点。文章首先介绍了“医养结合”智慧养老模式下的老年护理人才需求,然后分析了该模式下护理(老年方向)专业课程体系现状,接下来阐述了该模式下护理(老年方向)专业课程体系改革的重要意义,最后探析了护理(老年方向)专业课程体系改革。

The smart elderly care model based on the“combination of medical care and nursing”is a new model of elderly care that relieves the severe pressure of elderly care in China,realizes the care of the elderly and the medical care of the sick.Under this model,the cultivation of elderly nursing talents has become a hot topic in current research.This paper first introduces the demand for elderly nursing talents under the smart elderly care model based on the“combination of medical care and nursing”,then analyzes the current situation of the curriculum system for the nursing(elderly direction)major under this model,expounds the significance of curriculum system reform for the major,and finally analyzes the curriculum system reform of the major.
