乡村振兴背景下开放教育与高职教育融合机制研究——以益阳市村(社区)基层组织人才定向培养为例

Research on the Integration Mechanism of Open Education and Higher Vocational Education under the Background of Rural Revitalization:Taking the Oriented Cultivation of Talents for Grassroots Organizations of Villages(Communities)in Yiyang City as an Example

村(社区)基层组织人才定向培养是湖南开放大学、湖南网络工程职业学院贯彻落实党中央和湖南省委关于强基层打基础的重大决策部署,为提升村(社区)基层干部素质、夯实基层人才队伍、推进乡村人才振兴而开展的人才培养试点工作。该试点将开放教育与高职教育两种不同教育模式进行融合,文章在归纳试点工作的基础上分析了试点项目的背景、成效及存在的问题,也提出了融合发展的思路。

The oriented cultivation of talents for grassroots organizations of villages(communities)is a work for Hu’nan Open University and Hu’nan Network Engineering Vocational College to implement the important decision and deployment of the Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee and Hu’nan Provincial Party Committee on strengthening grassroots foundation.It is also a pilot work of talent training to improve the quality of grassroots cadres in villages(communities),consolidate the grassroots talent team,and promote the revitalization of rural talents.In the pilot work,open education and higher vocational education,as two different education modes,are integrated.Based on summarizing the pilot work,this paper analyzes the background,results and existing problems of the pilot project,and puts forward the idea of integrated development.
