摘要
社会支持能够为个体提供具体的物质和精神帮助,达到提升心理健康水平或减少心理健康问题程度的作用。使用MetaSEM模型考察高职学生社会支持对心理健康问题的影响机制,结果显示高职学生社会支持对心理健康问题有显著的负向影响,为高职院校心理健康教育工作的开展提供理论支撑,有助于维护高职学生心理健康水平。
Social support can provide individuals with specific material and spiritual help to improve their mental health or reduce the degree of mental health problems.The meta-analytic structural equation modeling was used to investigate the influence mechanism of higher vocational college students’social support on mental health problems,finding that the social support of higher vocational students has a significant negative impact on mental health problems.It provides theoretical support for the development of mental health education in higher vocational colleges and helps to maintain the mental health level of students in higher vocational colleges.
