PREVENTION MEASURES FOR BASEMENT STRUCTURAL CRACKS AND LEAKAGE

地下室使用过程中易受到多种因素的影响而出现裂缝与渗漏问题,干扰地下室乃至整个建筑工程的正常使用。所以,建筑建设与施工过程中均应高度重视地下室裂缝与渗漏问题,并针对具体情况,采取科学合理的措施进行防治。基于此,以某工程为研究对象,通过分析该工程裂缝问题特征及诱发原因,提出了针对性防治策略,为地下室结构裂缝与渗漏问题防治提供支持。

During the use of the basement,it is easy to be affected by a variety of factors to cause cracks and leakage,which will interfere with the normal use of the basement and even the entire building project.Therefore,in the process of building construction and construction,great attention should be paid to the cracks and leakage in the basement,and scientific and reasonable methods should be taken to prevent and control them according to specific conditions.Based on this background,this paper takes a project as the research object,through the analysis of the characteristics and induced causes of the cracks in the project,and then puts forward targeted prevention strategies,so as to provide support for better prevention and treatment of basement structural cracks and leakage.
