摘要
超高层建筑对基础承载力和地基变形的要求比较高,通过对盐城某超高层建筑项目的场地勘察条件和基础设计需求进行综合分析,提出采用大直径钻孔灌注桩作为项目基础方案,通过采用桩端、桩侧复合后压浆工艺来提高基桩承载力,以满足其基础承载力和基础变形要求,同时也解决了超高层塔楼与纯地下室之间差异沉降问题,并通过工程桩静载试验,为桩基设计提供依据。
Super high-rise buildings have high requirements for foundation bearing capacity and foundation deformation.Through comprehensive analysis of the site survey conditions and foundation design requirements of a super high-rise building project in Yancheng,this paper proposes to adopt large-diameter bored pile as the project foundation scheme,and improve the bearing capacity of the foundation pile by adopting the pile end and pile side composite post-grouting technology to meet its foundation bearing capacity and foundation deformation requirements,At the same time,it also solves the differential settlement problem between the super high-rise tower and the pure basement,and provides the basis for the pile foundation design through the engineering pile static load test.
