摘要
某物流仓储项目的原地貌为采石场,在石料资源开采完后进行了初步回填与平整。由于场地标高不足,施工前进行了大面积回填土,使场地标高达到设计标高。因回填土层松散、地基承载力无法满足仓储工程需要,故通过强夯施工技术对场地地基进行全面夯击处理。以项目实践应用为依托,总结强夯技术关键控制点。
The original appearance of a logistics storage project is a quarry,and preliminary backfilling and leveling have been carried out after the exploitation of stone resources.Due to insufficient site elevation,a large area of backfill was carried out before construction to make the site elevation reach the design elevation.Because the backfill layer is loose and the bearing capacity of the foundation cannot meet the needs of the storage project,the site foundation is comprehensively tamped by the dynamic compaction construction technology.Based on the practical application of the project,this paper summarizes the key control points of dynamic compaction technology.
