摘要
新疆阜康市某综合办公楼的工程地质环境由深层冻土和戈壁滩组成,项目采用旋挖钻孔灌注桩施工工艺。研究过程分析了工程难点,包括冻土融沉影响桩体标高控制,松散土层易导致孔壁坍孔,在其基础上全面总结了灌注桩各主要工序的技术要点,提出针对难点问题的技术对策,对同类地质条件下的钻孔施工、孔壁保护等产生了一定的借鉴价值。
The engineering geological environment of a comprehensive office building in Fukang City,Xinjiang Province is composed of deep frozen soil and Gobi desert.The project adopts the construction technology of rotary bored pile.The research process analyzes the engineering difficulties,including the influence of permafrost thawing settlement on pile elevation control,loose soil layer is easy to cause hole wall collapse,on the basis of the comprehensive summary of the main technical points of each process of the pile,put forward the technical countermeasures to solve the difficult problems,has a certain reference value for drilling construction and hole wall protection under the same geological conditions.
