摘要
乡村教师师德榜样是践履乡村教师师德的突出表现者,具有政治导向性、乡土认同性、历史发展性和形象多样性等意蕴,其本身具有的差异耦合性和互动感召性等内在规定使得榜样在乡村教师师德成长过程中发挥着重要作用。新时代培育乡村教师师德榜样,需要基于高质量发展目标、社会主义核心价值观和法治思想形成合理的榜样培育观;联合家庭、学校和社会多方合力养成榜样高尚的道德素质;从社会选择多层次原则、多样化评价标准和主体参与的角度创新榜样选择机制;利用“互联网+教育”下传播媒体融合、网络空间安全建设和生活本真还原优化榜样宣传工作;通过凝聚回报制度与道德行为关系的共识、增强荣誉授予的仪式感和物质奖励的力度完善榜样回报制度。
The moral model of rural teachers is the outstanding performer of practicing rural teachers morality,which has the implication of political orientation,local identity,historical development and image diversity,and the inherent regulations such as differential coupling and interactive inspiration make the model play an important role in the growth process of rural teachers morality.To cultivate moral model of rural teachers in the new era,it is necessary to form a reasonable concept of model cultivation based on the high-quality development goals,the core socialist values and the rule of law;to develop noble moral qualities of the model by uniting families,schools and society;to innovate the model selection mechanism from the perspective of multi-level principles of social selection,diversified evaluation criteria and subject participation;to optimize the model propaganda work by utilizing the integration of various media,cyberspace security construction and restoration of life authenticity under the "Internet + Education";and to perfect the model reward system by consolidating the common understanding of the relationship between reward system and moral behavior,enhancing the sense of ceremony of honor conferring and the strength of material rewards.
