办好教育集团:教授校长的顶层设计与行动研究

Running the Education Group Well:Professor Principal′s Top-level Design and Action Research

2018年12月,笔者就任广州市海珠区第二实验小学教育集团总校长。经过调研和学习,凝练了核心价值观、校风和管理思维等集团文化。以道法自然为改革总原则,以课程与教学改革为抓手,以兴发教育打通德育智育通道促进学生全面发展,以提高共事、共识意识增强教师发展内在动力,推动了学校德育、智育和体育等方面的系统改革。这也是笔者对此前形成的教育改革理念和教学改革思路的一次验证。

In December 2018,the author was appointed as the general principal of Haizhu District No.2 Experimental Primary School Education Group,which is located in Guangzhou.After research and learning,the group culture,including the core values,school spirit and management thinking,has been condensed.With following the rules of nature as the general principle of reform,curriculum and teaching reform as the starting point,it has opened up the channel of moral education and intellectual education to promote the comprehensive development of students through inspiring education,and has enhanced the teachers′ awareness of teamwork and consensus to strengthen the internal driving force of teachers′ development,thus,it has promoted the systematic reform including moral education,intellectual education and physical education in schools.This is a verification of the author′s education and teaching reform ideas formed previously.
