摘要
高质量教育背景下,教师培训课程由于转型适应而产生的现实困境主要包括课程取向局限于培训方课程理解、课程目标相关理论澄清不明、课程内容经验提炼离散、课程实施教管联结滞碍、课程评价动静搭配失调等,使其之于教师培训的时代价值无法体现。通过澄清教师培训课程内涵,分析其现实困境并提出破解教师培训课程困境的出路:以服务为本、需求优先为课程基本取向;以意义转化、实践应用为课程具体目标;以扎根经验、厘清困境为课程内容导向;以激发思考、促进对话为课程实施重点;以观点创生、监控行动为课程评价立足点。
In the context of high-quality education,the practical predicament of teacher training curriculum due to the adaptation of the transformation,mainly including limited curriculum orientation to the trainer′s curriculum underdtanding,unclear theoretical clarification of curriculum objectives,scattered experience extraction of curriculum content,obstructed connection between trainer and training manager in curriculum implementation,imbalanced dynamic and static coordination of curriculum evaluation,and so on,make it impossible to reflect its contemporary value in teacher training.By clarifying the connotation of teacher training curriculum and analyzing its realistic predicament,this paper reconstructs the realistic outlet of teacher training curriculum:taking service-oriented and demand-first as the basic orientation of the curriculum,the meaning transformation and practical application as the curriculum aims,the root of experience and the clarification of predicament as the orientation of curriculum content,stimulating thinking and promoting dialogues as the focus of curriculum implementation,the viewpoint creation and the monitoring action as the foothold of curriculum evaluation.
