分众教学创新高职思政课教学模式

摘要 分众教学是以“问题”划分群体,对不同受众施以不同方式与内容的教学模式。针对高职学生生源多样性现状,坚持“问题”导向,将学生划分为若干小众群体,分别在“面向全体学生的基础思政内容体系”“面向同质群体的差异化思政内容体系”“面向优质学生的特色引领思政内容体系”三个层级开展分众教学。在授课中注重师生互动,使用多元反馈,坚持因材施教,最大限度满足高职不同层次学生差异化需求,提升思政课教学效果。 Mass teaching is about dividing groups by"questions",different teaching methods and contents are adopted for different audiences.In view of the diversity of vocational college students,the study adheres to the"problem"orientation and divides students into several minority groups.Mass teaching is carried out at three levels:"basic ideological and political content system for all students","differentiated ideological and political content system for homogenous groups",and"characteristics leading ideological and political content system for high-quality students".In teaching,we pay attention to the interaction between teachers and students,use diversified feedback,insist on teaching students according to their aptitude,meet the individual needs of students to the greatest extent,and improve the teaching effect of ideological and political courses.
