摘要
针对某车型转向油罐在道路耐久试验中发生断裂的问题,聚焦系统的振动疲劳问题,对试验场载荷谱进行加速处理,通过模态频率响应分析,发现油罐存在振动疲劳破坏风险,从提高油罐固有频率的思路提出优化方案。通过仿真与台架试验对比,证明优化方案的有效性和可靠性。
As to the fracture of a steering oil tank of a certain type vehicle during the road durability test,the vibration fatigue of the system is focused as the key factor.The load spectrum of the test site is accelerated.Based on the modal frequency response analysis,it is found that there is a risk of vibration fatigue damage in the oil tank.The optimization scheme based on the idea of increasing the natural frequency of oil tanks is proposed.The effectiveness and reliability of the optimization scheme are verified by the comparison between simulation and bench test.
