摘要
目前我国装配式建筑施工技术尚存在诸多不足,装配式建筑全生命周期管理依然面临困境。以某职工周转房项目某标段为例,研究基于BIM—RFID的信息管理技术应用,通过提高装配式建筑协同设计效率、降低设计误差,优化构件的生产流程,改善构件库存管理、模拟优化施工流程,助力提高装配式建筑构件设计、生产、运输、组装等过程管理质量,以期研究形成基于BIM—RFID的信息管理技术系统,推广应用至其他装配式建筑建造和运维工作中。
At present,the domestic construction technology of prefabricated buildings still has a number of shortcomings,and the whole life cycle management of prefabricated buildings faces adverse conditions.This paper takes a certain tender section of a staff relocation housing project as an example to study the application of BIM-RFID-based information management technology.In the study,a BIMRFID-based information management technology system is designed to be formed by improving the collaborative design efficiency of prefabricated buildings,reducing design errors,optimizing the production process of components,improving the inventory management of components,simulating and optimizing the construction process,and then advancing the management quality of such processes as design,production,transportation and assembly of components of prefabricated buildings,which is also planned to be promoted and applied in the construction and maintenance of other prefabricated buildings.
