支护结构换锚深化技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 某项目基坑东侧紧邻红线,使基坑工程施工受到较大的约束,由于支护结构施工误差等原因,导致出现支护结构与楼座地下外墙结构出现冲突。通过前期策划,利用换锚思路,在清槽阶段组织插入新增预应力锚杆替换拆除原有预应力锚杆,利用地下室结构作为支护支撑构件的方式,在保证安全的前提下,避免后续结构施工难度,减少对部署及工期的影响,确保工程经济性、安全性和高品质履约,顺利完成工程各项指标。 Construction of the foundation pit,with its east side close to red lines,was severely restricted in a project.In addition,the support structure and underground exterior wall structure are inconsistent with each other due to construction errors and other factors.Through the preliminary planning,original prestressed anchor bolts were removed while new ones were inserted at the finishing stage,with the basement structure as a support,to avoid difficulties in subsequent construction and reduce the impact on the construction deployment and duration while ensuring the safety,complete a high-quality project in an economical and safe way according to relevant indicator requirements.
