摘要
针对破碎和干选工艺,执行三段一闭路磨选工艺,通过自动控制系统与工艺及设备的性能相结合,对破碎、辊磨干选进行简单的数学建模,对不同时段的料流调节进给量,实现多磨少选。再对铁精矿和骨料分类处理,达到从破碎筛分到磁选的全流程管控。分段实现闭环控制,可以达到生产的少人化,确保了生产的稳定性。
For the crushing and dry separation processes,a three stage one closed circuit grinding and separation process is implemented.By combining the automatic control system with the performance of the process and equipment,a simple mathematical model is established for crushing and roller grinding dry separation.The feed rate is adjusted for different periods of material flow to achieve more grinding and less selection.Further classify and process iron concentrate and aggregates to achieve full process control from crushing and screening to magnetic separation.Segmented closed-loop control can achieve production with fewer people and ensure production stability.
