摘要
建设智慧工会是新时代高校工会提升治理能力、增强服务职工本领的必由之路。当前,高校工会正经历从“互联网+”向“智慧”发展的工作模式演变,面临智能化发展水平不平衡、思想认识和技术本领有待增强、服务职工的功能不够突出、资源整合和利用不够充分、缺乏完善的制度和信息安全保障等问题。针对目前存在的问题以及教职工的多样化需求,建设智慧工会需坚持从职工需求出发,做好顶层设计规划,加强工会干部队伍建设,推动数据整合、联动与再利用,健全制度和安全保障体系,不断增强工会工作的动力和活力。
Smart trade unions is the only way for college and university trade unions to improve their governance capabilities and enhance their ability to serve employees in the new era.At present,labor unions in colleges and universities are undergoing the working mode evolution from“Internet+”to“smart”.They are facing problems such as insuffi cient utilization,lack of perfect system and information security guarantee,etc.In view of the current problems and the diverse needs of the faculty and staff,to continuously enhance the motivation and vitality of the labor union work,smart labor union must adhere to the needs of the employees,make top-level design,build an excellent team of labor union cadres,integrate,link and reuse data,improve rules,regulations and safety and security systems.
