The employment of college graduates has always been a social concern,and"the most difficult graduation season"has aroused hot discussion on the Internet,particularly the employment of college graduates under the impact of the pandemic.The employment of college graduates is influenced by many factors,including but not limited to economy,society and culture.More and more graduates feel helpless to find a job,which causes great pressure on college students.This article aims to analyze the employment situation of college graduates in the post-pandemic era,and puts forward strategies for promoting the employment of college graduates.
