民办高校教师培训学分制管理初探

摘要 民办高校教师发展制约着民办高校的办学质量的整体水平。民办高校实施教师培训学分制管理是加强教师队伍建设、提高教师教学能力的重要环节,是提高人才培养质量的重要保证。总结教师培训学分制的缘起和意义,明确教师培训的学分设置原则和学分标准,积极探索学分制管理模式的运作思路,促进高校教师培训体系的科学性和有效性。 The development of teachers in private universities restricts the overall level of the quality of their education.The implementation of the teacher training credit system in private universities is an important link in strengthening the construction of the teacher team,as well as an important guarantee for improving the quality of talent cultivation.Summarize the origin and significance of the credit system for teacher training,explore the operational ideas of the credit system management model,and promote the scientific and effective nature of the university teacher training system.
