软包装电池对生产线常见异物的耐受力

摘要 动力电池的安全日益受到关注,电池中异物的种类和尺寸对安全性能有较大的影响。基于软包装动力电池生产线常见的异物,从非金属、金属不同异物的种类和尺寸等角度分析对电芯的影响,提供软包装电池对异物耐受力的检测方法。机械和循环测试,以及对测试后电池拆解的结果表明,金属和硬质橡胶粒径一般不大于600μm以及纤维长度不大于2 000μm,对软包装电池的影响不大;电池在满电状态下,对异物的敏感度更高。 The safety of power battery had been paid more attention.The type and size of foreign matter in batteries had a great impact on the safety.Based on the common foreign matter in the pouch cell production line,the effect of different kinds and sizes of non-metals and metals foreign matter on the cell was analyzed,the test method of the pouch cell’s resistance to foreign matter was provided.The results of mechanical&cycle tests and battery disassembly after tests showed that the size of metal and hard rubber no more than 600μm and fiber no more than 2000μm had little effect on the pouch cell.The battery was more sensitive to foreign objects when it was fully charged.
