摘要
从专利角度,对全球涂层改性锂离子电池隔膜的专利申请趋势、技术输出国、专利维持年限及主要申请人进行分析,之后,分析LG化学株式会社(LG化学)及上海恩捷新材料股份有限公司(上海恩捷)的重点专利。从2012年起,全球涂层改性锂离子电池隔膜专利申请量快速增长,特别是中国的申请量增长迅速。中国、美国和韩国是主要的专利技术输出国,且LG化学、上海恩捷和赛尔格有限责任公司(赛尔格)的申请量排名前3。国外申请人的专利维持年限普遍高于中国申请人的。LG化学的公开号CN1969407A、CN101002347A、CN101088183A和CN101326658A,以及上海恩捷的公开号CN109004160A、CN108565381A和CN107732106A等专利是重点专利。
The patent application trend,technology exporting countries,patent maintenance years and main applicants of coating modified separators for Li-ion battery in the world were analyzed from the perspective of patent.Then the key patents of LG Chemical Co.,Ltd(LG Chemical)and Shanghai Energy New Materials Technology Co.,Ltd(Shanghai Energy)were analyzed.The number of global patent applications about coating modified separators for Li-ion battery had increased rapidly since 2012.Particularly,the number of applications in China had grown rapidly.China,the United States and South Korea were the main exporting countries of patent technology.LG Chemical,Shanghai Energy and Celgard Limited Liability Company(Celgard)were ranked the top three of applicants number.The patent maintenance years of foreign applicants was generally longer than that of the Chinese applicants.The patent of CN1969407A,CN101002347A,CN101088183A and CN101326658A disclosed by LG Chemical and CN109004160A,CN108565381A and CN107732106A disclosed by Shanghai Energy were key patents.
