益生菌菌群对烟草生长及病害防治的影响

摘要 为探究益生菌菌群对烟草促生长作用及对烟草白粉病的防控作用,以益生菌菌群200倍液浸泡烟苗30 min为试验处理、自来水浸泡烟苗30 min为对照,开展了益生菌菌群对烟草生长及防控烟草白粉病的田间对比试验。结果表明,益生菌菌群200倍液浸泡烟苗30 min后,烟草平均株高为76.69 cm,显著高于对照(58.12 cm);烟叶数量平均为19.5片,显著高于对照(15.75片);平均最大、最小叶面积分别为569.66、92.10 cm2,平均最大叶面积显著大于对照,而平均最小叶面积与对照差异不显著。益生菌菌群200倍液浸泡烟苗30 min后,烟草枯黄比例为62.56%,烟草白粉病病情指数为57.31,防治效果为9%。益生菌菌群对烟草有明显的促生长作用,且对烟草白粉病有一定的防控作用。 In order to explore the effect of probiotic flora on tobacco growth promotion and prevention and control of tobacco powdery mildew,a field comparison experiment on tobacco growth and control of tobacco powdery mildew was carried out with tobacco seedlings soaked in probiotic flora 200 times liquid for 30 min as the test treatment and tobacco seedlings soaked in tap water for 30 min as the control.The results showed that the average plant height of tobacco seedlings was 76.69 cm after tobacco seedlings soaked in probiotic flora 200 times liquid for 30 min,which was significantly higher than that of the control(58.12 cm).The average number of tobacco leaves was 19.5,significantly higher than that of the control(15.75).The average maximum and minimum leaf area were 569.66,92.10 cm2,respectively.The average maximum leaf area was significantly larger than that of the control,but the average minimum leaf area was not significantly different from the control.After tobacco seedlings soaked in probiotic flora 200 times liquid for 30 min,the scorch proportion of tobacco was 62.56%,the disease index of tobacco powdery mildew was 57.31,and the control effect was 9%.Probiotic flora has obvious growth promoting effect on tobacco,and has certain prevention and control effect on tobacco powdery mildew.
