不同采摘期楤木嫩芽内含物含量差异比较

摘要 为了比较不同采摘时期楤木嫩芽中几种内含物含量的差异,探究嫩芽最佳采摘时期,本研究采集出芽3、4、5、6、7 d时的嫩芽样品,测定其总含水量和纤维素、维生素C、总黄酮、总皂苷、总多酚、叶绿素、蛋白质含量,并分析不同采摘时期嫩芽内含物含量的差异性。结果表明,出芽7 d时纤维素(24.41%)、维生素C(2.03 mg/g)、总黄酮(12.77μg/g)、总皂苷(1.37%)、总叶绿素(0.891 mg/g)、总多酚(173.62 mg/g)的含量均最高,出芽5 d时蛋白质含量最高(48.7 mg/g),出芽3 d时含水量最高(81%)。综上,以药用功效为采摘目标,出芽7 d是最佳采摘时期;以食用营养为采摘目标,出芽5 d是最佳采摘时期。 In order to compare the differences in bud inclusion contents of Aralia chinensis at different picking periods,explore the best picking period of the bud,this study collected the bud samples(the 3rd,4th,5th,6th,7th day after budding),tested the total water content,cellulose content,vitamin C content,total flavonoids content,total saponin content,total polyphenol content,chlorophyll content and protein content,and analyzed the differences in the contents of bud inclusions at different picking periods.The results showed that the contents of cellulose(24.41%),vitamin C(2.03 mg/g),total flavonoids(12.77μg/g),total saponins(1.37%),chlorophyll(0.891 mg/g),total polyphenols(173.62 mg/g)were the highest on the 7th day after budding.The highest protein content(48.7 mg/g)was found on the 5th day after budding,and the highest total water content(81%)was found on the 3rd day after budding.In conclusion,with medicinal efficacy as the picking target,the best picking period was on the 7th day after budding;with food nutrition as the picking target,the best picking period was on the 5th day after budding.
