摘要
采用超声波辅助法提取美味牛肝菌中的油脂,在单因素(提取时间、液料比和温度)试验的基础上,以油脂提取率为指标,通过响应面法对美味牛肝菌油脂的提取工艺进行优化。结果表明:美味牛肝菌中油脂最佳取工艺为液料比34.2 mL/g,温度36℃,提取时间4.5 h,此条件下油脂提取率为3.54826%。试验结果能为美味牛肝菌中的综合利用提供一定的参考。
Ultrasonic assisted method was used to extract oil from Boletus edulis.On the basis of single factor(extraction time,liquid-material ratio,temperature)experiment,the extraction process of oil from Boletus edulis was optimized by response surface methodology with the oil extraction rate as the index.The results showed that the optimum extraction process of oil from Boletus edulis was as follows:liquid-solid ratio of 34.2 mL/g,temperature of 36℃,extraction time of 4.5 h.Under this condition,the oil extraction rate was 3.54826%.The results can provide references for the comprehensive utilization of Boletus edulis.
