1992年开始,德国西门子开发了6SE70通用型系列,通过FC、VC、SC板可以分别实现频率控制、矢量控制、伺服控制,1994年将该系列扩展至315kW以上,其优秀的变频控制技术和设备性能,颇受用户青,目前西门子6SE70变频器还广泛应用于工业自动化的各个领域,我单位生产线使用大量西门子6SE70系列变频器,设备在线运行接近20年,对运行过程中出现的各种故障报警维修经验,加以总结概括,供有关维修人员借鉴。

Since 1992,Germany Siemens developed 6SE70 universal series,through FC,VC,SC board can respectively realize frequency control,vector control,servo control,in 1994,the series extended to more than 315kW,its excellent frequency control technology and equipment performance,popular with users.At present,Siemens 6SE70 frequency converters are also widely used in various fields of industrial automation.Our unit production line uses a large number of Siemens 6sE70 series frequency converters.The equipment has been running online for nearly 20 years.
